TimeOut On-Site Massage Services provide on-site Chair Massage Wellness Clinics and Individual Therapeutic Massage Sessions at the Athletic Center at Lakewood Ranch. For the purpose of renewed balance, mental clarity and increased fortitude; energy-enhancing amenities are combined with massage giving each individual a lasting feeling of relaxed alertness and optimum wellbeing. Licensed and insured massage therapists perform 30, 60, 75, OR 90 minute therapeutic massage sessions for clients. Massage clients may choose to sit in Jacuzzi, steam room or sauna prior to having their massage session. TimeOut is convenient and a fast and easy solution to fatigue and muscle pain.

We are attempting to shift the paradigm health maintenance from a crisis breakdown mentality to a proactive preventative health plan. Monthly massages will prove to help individuals deal with symptoms of inner stress which manifest as tiredness, anxiety, depression, and sleeplessness. If allowed to progress further, stress can develop into a variety of ailments such as migraines, backaches, Temporal Mandibular Joint (TMJ), asthma, eczema, peptic ulcer, RSI's, such as tendentious and carpal tunnel syndrome. We are teachers in the sense of helping individuals gain awareness of the relationship they must have with their emotional and physical body in order to maximize productivity and health on a minute by minute basis.
We attempt to have people deepen the relationship they have with their bodies and minds. The next step in our educational process is to have individuals do something to make their physical and emotional lives more comfortable. Perhaps they need to go for a walk, eat something, stretch, get a massage, drink more water, or take off their shoes. Through massage and non-invasive verbal suggestion, the message that TimeOut offers clients is to be aware of the way you feel and do something to correct or alter feelings that cause continued stress, fatigue, pain, discomfort, or anxiety.
